Hello! This November, TSOLife made a series of rousing updates to the system. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of key fixes that were addressed in the release.
Introducing Mass Communication
The ability to deliver timely information has received an upgrade with the introduction of the Mass Communication feature. Located in your corporate portal, this tool expands on existing communication capabilities by delivering announcements (what we'll be referring to as broadcasts) to family members and residents across multiple channels.
With this new feature, messages can be sent via:
- SMS text message
- Voice call
- Mobile app notifications
When enabled by your Customer Success Manager, head over to Community Management in your corporate portal and select Mass Communication. You'll land on the following page where you can view previously created and scheduled broadcasts:
From here, you can create a new announcement by selecting the New Broadcast button. When all of the information is filled out, your broadcast may look something like this:

Also Introducing Communities Insights Map
The Communities Insights Map enables corporations to analyze community performance within an 80-mile radius of localized markets. Located under Resident Insights in your corporate portal, this brand-new interactive tool can be used to benchmark performance, identify strengths, and pinpoint areas of opportunity:
Key metrics displayed with this map include:
- Length of stay
- Quality of life
- Quality of health

Additional Enhancements
- Included scroll bar when browsing through messages
- Improved calendar load times for better performance
- Introduced Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) with automatic user provisioning
- Holidays displaying correctly on Calendar Word DOCX daily downloads
- Resolved delays when editing calendar events using “This Event and Forward” or “Select Days” options
- Updated Wowzitude Tour Resource Center link
- Scheduled screens are now appearing under "Edit Device" after the duration is complete
- Restructured reminder notifications handling for improved reliability
- Custom Calendar events are now downloading as they appear in the preview
