Hello! This September, TSOLife made a series of handy updates to the system. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of bug fixes that were addressed in the release.
Optimized Page Loading Times
As you run your day-to-day tasks in the system, you should notice things running a bit more smoothly. That's because we made some optimizations on the back-end to enhance page loading times. This doesn't target one specific feature, but instead focuses on site-wide performance as a whole.
Calendar Updates
Resident Birthdays: We tinkered with resident birthdays to ensure that they appear on the correct date and accurate care type.
Reoccurring Events: We have made a patch to this feature to ensure that these types of events that do not include an end date will still display in the following month's calendar.
Viewing Events: When you enter the calendar, you should see your community's scheduled events...period. A fix was made to ensure you don't have to select the event toggle prior to your calendar being populated.
Selecting Days for Events: When building events under the Select Days occurrence, an enhancement has been made to ensure that this feature runs smoothly.
Transportation Updates
Transportation Event Links: Reports were being made about events losing their transportation link following updates. We have gone in and made a fix to ensure this is resolved.
Engagement Printing: When printing directly from the transportation calendar, events that were initially created from the engagement calendar will now download as expected.
Family Members: Events can now be created as intended when selecting and including resident family members.
Compliance Date Range Interface Update
We have made a small UI enhancement to the compliance rate range when running daily reports:
Staff App Updates
To enjoy these new features (and accompanying fixes), be sure to download the latest version of the app when it becomes available in your preferred app store!
Close Calendar UI Enhancement
A new button labeled Close Calendar will appear and, when selected, will hide the calendar from view, giving you more space to browse scheduled events:
Visible Attachments for Events
In the case where events include uploaded attachments (such as PDFs), you can now download and view these documents in the Event Photos section:
Additional Key Fixes (Web)
Check-in Interviews: We found a couple of instances where the initial resident interview was not triggering the next interview date. This has been corrected and check-in interview dates will now be triggered as configured in your platform.
Clubs: Recommended members will now appear as intended without having to refresh.
Digital Signage: Resolved issue where an error message would appear upon clicking Select All in the Add Screen area
Downloads: The missing printer-friendly themes for daily and weekly calendars have been restored.
Wellness Bundle: Engage Senior will now appear and function as intended.
Key Fixes (Staff App)
- Rooted out issue where new images being sent through messages were not being delivered.
- Photo tagging in event details will now function as intended.
- Proper messaging for Interviews Due Today will now appear as intended.
- All Trips under Transportation will now appear in chronological order.
