Hello! This August, TSOLife made a series of handy updates to the system. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of bug fixes that were addressed in the release.
Increased Download Speeds
Significant improvements have been made to the performance of download speeds across the platform. Now when you download a calendar, a menu, or any other piece of content, you'll notice that the item will complete in a fraction of the time.
Download Queue Update
Just remember: if you're looking for a file or two, be sure to check out the download queue. We've made an update to the system that sends all downloaded files into the centralized download queue. This includes meals, content files, and Wowzitude items:
Preferred Name Display
We think that if someone has a preferred name, then that's what should appear on applicable documentation -- and that's exactly what this update accomplishes:
From now on, where applicable, a resident's preferred name will appear throughout the platform instead of their first name. This includes analytics, calendars, and digital signage:
Announcements Status Label Change
The status label, which previously displayed as "Expired," will now appear as "Delivered." This will display when an announcement has been sent to the resident and family apps as well as the web:
Key Fixes
Attendance Reports: Fixed issue where attendance reports were missing participant data.
Birthday List: Issue has been solved that prevented birthday lists from downloading when multiple care types were selected.
Calendars: Rooted out issue with custom calendars that was pulling birthdays across all care levels.
Engagement Levels: Resolved problem where these levels are now printing properly on attendance reports.
Special Characters: Removed display of special characters appearing in various areas of the platform and in downloads.
Stock Photos: These have been restored for digital signage.
Wellness Bundle Users: You can now successfully download FitMinds.
