Hello! This October, TSOLife made a series of serviceable updates to the system. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of key fixes that were addressed in the release.
Newsletters: Multi-care Selection
Exciting updates all around with newsletters! The first is that you now have the ability to choose multiple care types when building out a newsletter from scratch:
This prevents the need to create multiple newsletter drafts for different care levels and helps consolidate the creative process.
When your newsletter is published or still in draft mode, the care types will now appear as follows:
Newsletters: Push to Public
Maintaining a current and consistent newsletter has always been a specialty with TSOLife, but we've made an exciting addition to elevate this process to a whole new level. The Push to Public feature will now appear in the Action column beside your newsletters after they are published:
Clicking this button will create an access link for the selected newsletter that can be sent to staff, residents, families, or used in marketing materials. The best part is: this link never changes! This means that when you publish your next newsletter, you simply "push to public" and the previous content will be instantaneously replaced with the new content:
Introducing Service Requests
This brand-new feature, tied to an integration with TELS, allows residents to submit service requests from directly within the resident app or web portal.
From inside the resident app, residents can tap on the hamburger menu to open the side navigation panel and select Service Requests. From here, residents can track progress on open requests, view of a list of closed requests, or walk through the form to open a new request:
The same can be accomplished on the web portal:
Check out this article for more information about service requests.
Please contact your customer success manager for more information on the TELS integration.
Calendars & Compliance
An exciting enhancement has been made to better assess compliance via the weekly and monthly calendar print views. When you click the Print Calendar button while in one of these views, you'll be alerted to non-compliance with the red text Calendar is not compliant! Review compliance guidelines. Clicking that link will open your community's compliance guidelines, where you'll now be able to enjoy a clearer view of where your calendar is compliant for the selected date range and where it is not:
Additional Key Fixes & Enhancements
- Updated wording on Wedding Anniversary Actionable Insights.
- Corporate Account Management screen now correctly displays all corporate users.
- Compliance data now pulls correctly for both corporate and community compliance views.
- Hidden reset resident password option for non-app and non-web users.
- Enhanced auto-save functionality for newsletters.
