Hello! On August 8, 2025, TSOLife made a series of handy updates to the system. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of bug fixes that were addressed in the release.
Corporate Account Management
A new tool has been introduced that will allow corporate administrators to manage all of the administrators of their communities. This includes adding new admins to the system.
If enabled by your CSM, you can now see Corporate Account Management listed under Corporation Manager:
Once inside, you'll find a complete listing of your community's administrators along with the option to create a new one by clicking Add Admin:
New Compliance Rule
A new Engagement compliance rule has been added to your compliance dashboard:
- Messages from Community: Define the required number of messages from the community to users (residents and/or family) per time frame (week/month).
- Messages To Community: Define the required number of messages to the community from users (residents and/or family) per time frame (week/month).
While inside the dashboard, select the Engagement tab, and then click Set Up Compliance Rules. From here, click Edit Rule Sets and scroll down to the bottom of the list. You should now see the new compliance rule for Messages:
Archived Resident Messages
Simply put: when a resident or family member is archived, their messages will automatically move to this new section. This sustains a record of the resident but, perhaps more importantly, avoids deleting their content altogether. To access archived messages, head over to the Engagement tab and select Messages. The dropdown menu in the Messages panel defaults to All Messages, but you will now notice that the Archived Residents option is now included:
New Help Center Video Content

Videos are short, contain their own voiceover narration tracks, and are designed to help you find answers fast about TSOLife's functionality and common features. For example, if you're new to TSOLife, then it may be worth your time to give our introductory content a quick gander.
Key Bug Fixes
- Download Times: Enhanced download performance across the entire platform, resulting in significantly faster load times.

Quality of Life Downloads: Resolved the issue preventing the Average QoL chart from downloading.
