May 2026 Release Notes

Hello and welcome! This May, TSOLife made some enhancements to the platform that are designed to improve functionality of key features and optimize important workflows. So, without further ado, let's take a look at what's new and what's been updated!

"Community Documents" Is Now Known As "Resources"

"Community Documents" or sometimes known simply as "Documents" will now be displayed as "Resources." All functionality will remain the same, with the notable addition of...hyperlinks! Yes, in addition to Word documents, PDFs, and PowerPoints, you can now include a hyperlink as a community resource.

While inside the Resources menu, click the Create New Hyperlink button:

The New Community Hyperlink editor will pop up:

From here, you can include basic information about the link and manage its audience and visibility settings.

Club Downloads

Club flyers have received a little makeover in functionality and appearance. When viewing a club's information, you will now be presented with two separate buttons that offer the option to print a flyer for an internal audience or an external audience. The primary difference with the two is that an internal flyer will include club leads and member names, whereas an external flyer will exclude that information:

Clicking the Download Internal or Download External buttons will present the flyer in all of its clubbin' glory, with a fresh redesign that's efficient for printing, sharing with prospects, and posting around the community:

RSVP Event Recurrences

RSVP events with deadlines have received a power-up in the form of an hour-based deadline prior to the next occurrence. This offers residents a little more flexibility when reserving a spot for the event, and prevents the need to create multiple instances to satisfy deadlines:

To enable this tool, the following must be true for the event:

  1. A recurrence needs to be selected
  2. Has RSVP Deadline? needs to be checked
  3. You can then select an RSVP Deadline of 24, 48, or 72 hours

Digital Signage Vertical PDF Template

NOTE: As a friendly reminder, please be sure to update your device to enjoy the latest and greatest Digital Signage enhancements!

In the March 2026 Release Notes, we announced the introduction of vertical templates for Digital Signage. As the old adage says: but wait...there's more!

A template for handling vertical PDFs has been added to Digital Signage, meaning you can now upload files that have either a landscape or portrait orientation:

Attendance Report Downloads

The best option on the menu is always the one that includes a little bit of everything, and that's what we're offering you with attendance report downloads. Now, instead of a lone PDF selection, you have the option to download the attendance report in a CSV file:

Data in the new CSV file is organized by:

  • Event Name
  • Event Date
  • Dimension
  • Attendees

Integration Indicator

For accounts with a live eHR integration, we have added a new Integration Indicator column to clearly identify which resident profiles are actively synced with the integration.

This new column can be seen in the Resident List:

Mobile Updates

NOTE: As a friendly reminder, please be sure to download the most recent version of your mobile app to be able to enjoy the latest and greatest updates as they become available!

Sales Tools

We have enhanced the user interface of the mobile sales tools to match the updates that were made to the web app, which you can read all about in the March 2026 Release Notes.

Specifically, this update focuses on ease of use, improved video capturing and sharing, and a cleaner, more modern layout:

Advanced Attendance Tracking

If this feature is enabled for your community, a new piece of the attendance workflow will appear after a resident self-marks themselves as "attending" an event. This helps to further manage and understand engagement levels for the residents of your community.

When you open a calendar event for review, you'll now see such instances under a section called Self-Marked Attending. Tapping the View/Edit button will open a new screen where you can mark the resident as Active, Passive, or Intermittent. You can also remove them from the event if they self-marked as "attending" but did not show:

Additional Enhancements

  • Minor interface updates to the Sales Prospects page in a continued effort to modernize its design.
  • Adjusted Gallery, Collage, and Triad Digital Signage templates to remove seconds.
  • Small formatting enhancements to the Resident List, including date, label alignment, and font sizes.
  • Secondary Dimensions appear as intended when creating a new event.
  • Tweaked the accuracy of newsletter printing for color optimization.
  • Touched up compliance rules to account for Participatory Residents in the dashboard and Any Group Size events.
  • Confirmed that unlinking trips from the Transportation Hub also removed them from the trip schedule.
  • Optimized community logos when downloading materials from the Content Catalog
