March 2026 Release Notes

Hello and welcome! This March, TSOLife made a series of exciting updates and enhancements to the platform. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of additional enhancements that were addressed in the release.

Survey Redesign and Upgrades

Survey says: you'll have to see it to believe it! The Survey feature has received a makeover, with spotlight updates focused on a cleaner and efficient design, fresh tools for managing your data, and streamlined functionality. We recommend taking a look and poking around the feature, as there's a lot to see. These updates were made so you can find the information you want precisely when you need it, and you'll know exactly where it's coming from:

  • Department Satisfaction Scores: New metric that assists with continuously providing a personalized and engaging experience for residents.
  • Questionnaires: New questions have been added to the questionnaires to hone in on the issues that matter most to residents.
  • Tool tips: Selecting one of these tool tips will give you more information about the feature.

Updated documentation about the Survey & Resolutions Platform is coming soon!

Sales Platform Design Enhancements

Design updates have been made to the Sales Platform with a focus on simplicity, improved user experience, and positioning the CRM as the single source of truth for all prospect information. The functionality remains the same, but we're sure you'll love the new look and feel of the feature for corporations and communities:

Introducing Digital Signage Vertical Templates

You read that correctly: Digital Signage now supports vertical screens and has launched with a select number of templates for your community's engagement.

To enjoy this feature, access Engagement > Digital Signage and click Edit to enter the screen details of a particular location:

  • Welcome Screen
  • Happening Now
  • Local Weather
  • Daily Calendar (Assisted, Independent, Memory Care)
  • Dining Menus

Keep an eye out for future updates as we continue to evolve and expand the vertical templates.

Mass Communication Care Types

When building out a new broadcast in Mass Communication, you can now select the recipients of the message by care level. This little addition gives corporate teams and communities an extra layer of refinement when targeting a specific audience:

A couple small additions have been made to the resident profile. The first is that the profile now includes the resident's phone number:
