Greetings and salutations! This January, TSOLife made a series of exciting updates and enhancements to the system. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of key fixes that were addressed in the release.
Mobile Enhancements
Note: To enjoy the latest and greatest mobile features, please update your TSOLife Staff App in the Apple App Store or Google Play to the latest version. The latest version number as of February 2, 2026 is 3.0.23 and it will appear at the bottom of the navigation menu, as detailed below:
Staff App: Single Sign-On Button Verbiage
We've updated the verbiage of the app's SSO (Single Sign-On) button. Previously, it displayed as Login with Okta. With this update, it now displays as Login with SSO. The functionality of this button remains the same:
Staff App: Messaging Enhancement
The Staff App has a new update that will inform staff whether or not a community resident is utilizing the Resident App and can receive in-app messages.
When searching for residents in the directory, users of the Resident App will now include a Message button within their profiles as well as an App User icon (left image). Residents who are not utilizing the Resident App will not have an option to be messaged (right image). This ensures that messages are not deployed and lost into the expanded reaches of the universe:
Calendar: Unrepresented Toggle Update
The Unrepresented toggle on the calendar represents interests and activities from resident profiles that are not included in the current calendar view.
For example, in the following screenshot, the Unrepresented toggle is switched on, with a list of activity suggestions appearing below it. These suggested activities are listed in resident profiles, but are not included in the current calendar view (Memory Care, Weekly), nor are they represented in the Inclusion Score.
By creating events centered around these activities, the Inclusion Score has the potential to increase:
We have gone ahead and sharpened the logic of this feature to ensure all residents of your community are adequately represented on the calendar.
Additional Enhancements
- Compliance Rule centered around Event by Group Size has been updated to accurately reflect compliance.
- Printed Attendance Report has been improved to display specific care levels when filter is applied.
- Enhanced notification settings of the Family App to ensure maximum functionality.
