Happy New Year! This December, TSOLife made a series of exciting updates and enhancements to the system. This article will provide an overview of what's new, highlight updated functionality and workflows, and will include a list of key fixes that were addressed in the release.
February Calendar Enhancement
Pop quiz: how many months of the year contain 28 days?
All 12, of course! But due to superstition and historical spillover of how the 365-day year was created, February is the only month that exclusively spans 28 days.
What does that mean for this release? In 2026, February starts on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday, which means it will display on the calendar on only four lines. Because of this anomaly, we have gone ahead and added an extra fifth line so you will continue to have adequate space to include custom information, wellness dimensions, and locations:
Archive Family Member Invites
For one reason or another, sometimes duplicate invitations are sent to family members. This can create confusion on the back-end, which is why we have created a new archive feature for cleaning up the clutter.
Now when you enter Accounts > Family > Invites, you will find the new Archive button under the Actions column. Clicking this button will archive and clear up the surplus of invitations:

- Consolidated daily calendars to one page.
- Improved calendar PDF load times for better performance.
- Enhanced calendar modal card to display full event descriptions.
- Altered Tribune display to ensure weekly frequency appears as intended.
- Updated Community Portal center navigation bar for improved usability.
- Updated the Total Events Attendance Report to ensure improved accuracy.
- Updated prompt for recurring events to display Select Days.
- Updated the “No Digital Signage” message to reflect only the devices we currently support.
