One-Page Calendar Printing Enhancement
We have made an enhancement to more accurately streamline one-page printing for your calendars. When you enter the preview for calendar printing and select Customize, you will now be able to enjoy a more precise visual depiction of how content will appear in the downloaded file.
The scrollbar on the right-hand side of the calendar is a good indicator for determining if your document is properly formatted to fit on one page. If you are able to freely scroll up and down in the print preview (as shown below), then your calendar is not yet formatted to fit on one page:
The goal here is to adjust the calendar's configurations enough so the scrollbar:
- Disappears entirely
- Is large enough that scrolling is left to a minimum
- The footer of the calendar can be seen without scrolling
When these conditions are met, then your calendar will more accurately be formatted for one-page printing. Each file is unique, so experiment with the settings to make adjustments and see what works best for you. This could include:
- Editing the text
- Title size
- Time labels
- Dimensions
- Shortening titles
If you attempt to download the PDF and the calendar is perceived as being too large for one-page printing, then you will see the following warning message:
There's more than one way to do this, so adjust the settings to see what works best for you!
