Inclusion Score

The Inclusion Score is a valuable tool for ensuring that all residents feel engaged and represented through the activities scheduled. By tracking their interests and making sure those interests are reflected on the calendar, you can foster a sense of community and belonging.

To improve the Inclusion Score each week, consider these steps:

  1. Diverse Programming: Schedule a variety of events that cater to different interests, ensuring that activities like chess or baseball are included.
  2. Adjust Scheduling Views: Keep an eye on the Inclusion Score from daily, weekly, and monthly perspectives to identify patterns and adjust as needed.
  3. Promote Participation: Encourage residents to participate in events outside of their main interests to increase overall engagement.
  4. Feedback Loop: After events, gather feedback to see if residents enjoyed them and what they would like to see in the future.
  5. Unrepresented Toggle: Represents interests and activities from resident profiles that are not included in the current calendar view. When the toggle is switched on, a list of activity suggestions will appear below it. These suggested activities are listed in resident profiles, but are not included in the current calendar view, nor are they represented in the Inclusion Score. By creating events centered around these activities, the Inclusion Score has the potential to increase.

By actively managing the calendar and listening to residents, you can achieve that 100% Inclusion Score and create a vibrant community atmosphere!
