Overview of Resident Profile

The Resident Profile is a comprehensive digital representation of each resident within the TSOLife Platform. It serves as a central hub for important information, insights, and preferences, enabling staff to engage effectively and meaningfully with residents.

Key Components of the Resident Profile

  • Personal Information: Includes essential demographic details such as name, age, contact information, and care level, ensuring a holistic understanding of the resident.
  • Interests and Preferences: Residents can specify hobbies, interests, and preferred activities, allowing staff to tailor programming and initiatives that resonate with their desires.
  • Quality of Life Assessments: Integrated assessments help measure residents’ well-being across various dimensions, such as creativity, friendship, and leisure. This data is crucial for developing targeted engagement strategies.
  • Engagement History: A record of interactions, activities participated in, and events attended, providing insights into each resident’s involvement and preferences over time.
