Utilize the resident directory to access details about individuals residing in your community and discover various methods to reach out to them.
Accessing the Resident Directory
From the Home Screen of your app, click on the Hamburger Menu (3 lines) on the top left of your screen:

A menu will appear. From here, select Resident Directory:

In the Resident Directory, you can search for a resident by using the Search by Name function:

With the Resident Directory, you can view a resident list alphabetically by first name or view which residents are not using the community app:
Click on a resident's name to display additional information:
Viewing a Resident in the Directory
When viewing a resident in the directory, you can view Resident Information such as Apartment Number, Phone Number (if applicable), and Email:
If the resident you are viewing has added their phone number, you can call them.
Note: if a resident has not added their phone number, this button will not appear.

If the resident you are viewing is an app user, you can send them a message.
Note: If a resident is not an app user, this button will not appear.
Designate a resident as a friend to easily: contact them, view them in the directory, invite them to a custom event, and view upcoming activities they are attending.
Once added as a friend, this resident will show up with a yellow star next to their name as you navigate through the app. Click here to learn about adding a friend.
Viewing a Resident in the Directory
If the resident you are viewing is an app user, you can invite them to a custom event.
Note: If a resident is not an app user, this button will not appear.
Block this resident if you do not want to send or receive communication.
Getting back to the Home Screen from the Resident Directory
When you are finished viewing a resident and would like to go back to the resident directory, simply click the “X” on the top right side of the resident card.
When you are finished viewing the resident directory and would like to go back to the home screen, simply click the arrow on the top left side of your screen:
