TSOLife Minerva is a first of its kind resident insights platform leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create powerful dashboards with a suite of information for staff to put resident knowledge into practice. At TSOLife, we digitize your resident profiles, provide actionable insights, and fuel decision-making in your community. A new resident is interviewed as part of the move-in process. The interview is captured via the TSOLife Mobile App and automatically sent to TSOLife. Interviews need to be conducted with ALL new residents at move-in.
Identifying a Resident to Focus On
The first step in creating meaningful opportunities is to identify a resident to focus your engagement efforts on. Some areas of focus may be:
- Residents who are new move-ins
- Residents with low Quality of Life (QoL) scores
- Residents who have been flagged as an area of focus by the care team
The identify residents with low QoL scores, head over to Resident Insights > Quality of Life. You will now be in the Quality of Life dashboard, where you can scroll down to the Average BBQ Score by Area section and click the View Top and Bottom 10 Residents button:
You should now see a list of the top and bottom 10 residents by BBQ score:
Next, select a resident to work with. Clicking their name will navigate you to their profile. Scroll down to the BBQ Area Performance and Breakdown, where the Areas of Improvement section will provide data and metrics on where the resident is struggling:
Clicking the Details button in any of the areas will open friendship recommendations with other residents based on similar interests:
Creating an Opportunity
This is why gathering data is so important! Using this data, we can match residents for potential friendships based on similar interests. In the above example, that's exactly what the system has done. Clicking the Create Opportunity button will take you to the calendar, where you can create an activity based on these insights:
Select a day and time for the opportunity to trigger the Actionable Insights reminders to be sent prior to the scheduled time. Additionally, this is the step where you can check for any scheduling conflicts.
It's also a good practice to have one or more one-on-one meetings with the resident to understand what areas they are interested in exploring. You may want to do this in your office so that you can pull up the profile and talk through the options.
