Reports that generate a list of open and closed resolutions can be quickly and easily downloaded from within the platform. You can also download individual resolution histories if you wish!
Downloading Open and Closed Resolutions
- Navigate to Feedback > Resolutions.
- Select your filters and date range to locate individual resolutions or a series of resolutions.
- Select either the Open or Closed tab depending on which resolutions you're looking to download.
- Click the Generate Reports button from either the Open or Closed tab.
- A CSV file will automatically download that contains details regarding the selected resolutions.
Downloading Individual Resolution History
If there is a specific resolution that you would like to isolate and download, that can easily be accomplished as well! From either the Open or Closed tab, locate the resolution you want to download. For this example, we will use the following Closed resolution that was originally marked as a high priority:
We want to click View History to open the Resolution Details and see a complete chronology of this particular resolution, including the original feedback and action that has been taken since. From there, you'll want to click the Download Full History button:
A PDF version of this document will automatically download and you're all set!
