TSOLife offers evidence-based surveys to organizations to provide real-time insights and streamlined resolution strategies. Organizations can choose to turn on one or multiple surveys.
Additionally, the default time of when surveys is deployed is listed in the table below, but this figure can be adjusted in the community admin panel.
Here is a list of the available surveys and their intended audiences:

| Quarterly Survey | A survey sent to residents and/or family members on a quarterly basis for overall community feedback. | Resident & Family |
| Move-In Survey | A survey sent to new residents and/or family members 7 days after date of move-in. | Resident & Family |
| Move-Out Survey | A survey sent to residents and/or family members 7 days after date of move-out. | Resident & Family |
| Annual Survey | A survey sent to residents and/or family members on an annual basis for overall community feedback. | Resident & Family |
| 30 Day Survey | A survey sent to residents and/or family members 45 days after date of move-in. | Resident & Family |
| Exit Survey | A survey sent to staff members about their experience after leaving your organization. | Staff |
| Onboarding Staff Survey | A survey sent to staff members about their onboarding experience. | Staff |
| Quarterly Staff Survey | A survey sent to staff members quarterly for overall feedback on their working environment. | Staff |
