Managing Digital Signage

To manage your Digital Signage, navigate to Engagement on the website and click on Digital Signage. Here, you will have full access to edit, create, and control your Digital Signage.

Creating a New Screen

  1. Click on New Screen and choose the screen type you wish to display on the TV.
  2. Click Next and follow the prompts.
  3. Click Save to finalize your new screen.

Announcements

Available Styles: 9

  1. Fill in the Title, Announcement, and add a Photo. Click Next.
  2. Choose the template you would like to display and click Next.
  3. Select the TVs for the announcement and schedule the duration. Click Next.
  4. Preview the announcement details and click Complete.

Photo Gallery

Available Styles: 5

  1. Choose the template you would like to display and click Next.
  2. Drag and drop a JPG or PNG, or click the icon in the bottom right to upload a photo from your computer or use the stock photo gallery. Click Next.
  3. Select the TVs for the photo display and click Next.
  4. Preview the photo details and click Complete.

Local Weather

Available Styles: 3

  1. Choose the template you would like to display and click Next.
  2. Preview the weather screen and click Next.
  3. Select the TVs for the weather display and click Next.
  4. Preview the weather screen details and click Complete.

Meet the Team

Available Styles: 3

  1. Choose the template you would like to display and click Next.
  2. Drag and drop a JPG or PNG, or click upload a photo to upload a photo from your computer. Click Next.
  3. Enter in team member information and click Next.
  4. Select the TVs for the photo display and click Next.
  5. Preview the meet the team screen and click Complete.

Holiday

Available Styles: 9

  1. Choose the template you would like to display and click Next.
  2. Fill in the Title and Card Body and click Next.
  3. Preview the holiday screen and click Next.
  4. Select the TVs for the holiday display and schedule the duration and click Next.
  5. Preview the holiday screen details and click Complete.

PDF to Signage

Available Styles: 1

  1. Upload your PDF document and click Next. As a note, only the first page from the document will display.
  2. For best results, use a 16:9 (landscape) or a 9:16 (portrait) design. 
  3. Preview the PDF to ensure it displays correctly and click Next.
  4. Select the TVs for the PDF and schedule the duration and click Next.
  5. Preview the PDF screen details and click Complete.
