The Video Library is your central hub for storing and managing videos you can use to engage prospects throughout their journey—from initial interest to move-in.
To access your Video Library, select Sales Tools > Video Library from the main navigation menu. You'll arrive on the following page:
From here, you can filter your library for quick and efficient use by prospect name, desired care type, deal stage, or organize videos by date and popularity.
Clicking the View More Details button for any video will bring up that piece's statistics:
Here you can:
- How many prospects received the video.
- How many times the video was viewed.
- Percentage of the video that was viewed.
- You can also download the video to send via email.
