The Attendance Report Chart dashboard offers detailed insights into attendance patterns within the community. It highlights residents who frequently attend events, those who have not attended, and the most popular events. This dashboard helps you track active residents, identify those who are less engaged, and see which events have the highest attendance in your community.
On your TSOLife dashboard, head to the Reports option at the top and click on Attendance Report Chart in the drop-down.
If your community utilizes custom calendar views, filter by the calendar you wish to view by clicking inside the Custom Calendar box in the top left corner and selecting the calendar experience you wish to view for the Attendance Report Chart page.
Select the care level(s) you would like to view by clicking inside the Care Type box and then selecting the care level(s) you want to view from the drop-down.
Select the date range you want to view by clicking on the start and end date you wish to view on the calendar that appears when clicking on the grey calendar icon box.
The date range automatically defaults to the past 30 days.
To clear any filters you have set, press Clear in the top right corner.
Attendance: A pie chart showing the number of events with and without recorded attendance. Hover over either section of the pie chart to view the number of events that it represents.
Most Attending Residents: A list of residents who have attended events within the selected time frame. To view the specific events that a resident in the list attended, click the calendar icon next to their name under Events Attended.
A pop-up box will appear, which shows the event name, date and time, the dimension of wellness the event is tagged to, and the level of participation of the resident during that event (if your community utilizes advanced attendance tracking).
To download the list, press Print Report in the top right corner. This will download as a PDF file to your computer.
Non-Participatory Residents: View residents who have not participated in any events within the selected time frame. This actionable data helps identify residents who may be at risk for loneliness in your community.
Events Included By Attendance: View a list of events ranked from most attended to least attended within the selected time frame. Events are displayed in chronological order based on participation and include event name, date, and attendance.
To see more attendance details, click on the link symbol under Go To Event, which will take you to that event on the calendar so that you can view full attendance information.
