Resident Analytics

Resident data is shown on the community Analytics Dashboard. Leveraging this data enables associates to operationalize residents. Use the resident data to help make informed decisions on engagement in the community. Several charts are displayed on the community portal, including the residents’ top interests.

Take the time to expand a specific chart section. You can download or print a list of residents with a particular interest for help with planning engagement or to empower resident lead programs.

Quality of Life

Research shows those with a higher quality of life could have better health outcomes. Included in the interview, the Brunnsviken Brief Quality of Life Scale is used to evaluate resident Quality of Life, in combination with two single-question scales, “self-rated quality of life” and “self- rated health.”

The scales provide each resident a score, identifying those at risk and providing suggested areas to focus on for engagement, including leisure, friendship, creativity, and learning. TSOLife's platform helps focus on those with lower scores and makes personalized recommendations for engagement that provide measurable improvements in Quality of Life. Use the analytics from the community dashboard to prioritize time and focus on creating engagement opportunities to increase Quality of Life scores.

Marketing Insights

The Marketing Insights is a great place to see where prospects and leads have shared interests with current residents in the community. This page shows dynamic visuals, charts, and lists that are more focused on the overall demographics- essentially, who is represented in the community. Marketing Insights can guide teams to stronger business development and outreach initiatives with the ability to make intentional community connections that align with community’s specific demographics.

Friend Matching

The Friend Matching feature compares the profiles of residents in the community to show who has the most experiences and interests in common and is more likely to make a connection! Use the Friend

Matching feature to help connect residents and prospects with potential friends.

Actionable Insights

TSOLife’s actionable insights put resident data into action, utilizing the resident profile information through customized and automated notifications. Powered by artificial intelligence, TSOLife’s actionable insights are message prompts that contain timely and relevant information about residents and can be used to infuse an individualized touch to community engagements. Some examples include:

  • Reminders of a resident’s birthday
  • Recommendations that a resident’s favorite sports team is playing today
  • Recommendations for a learning resource for a resident with a low Learning Quality ofLife score
  • Reminders of a resident’s anniversary

Actionable Insights can be used to make a resident’s day while also driving improvements in Quality of Life. Use these insights in 1:1 conversations with residents to seamlessly personalize the experience and demonstrate a deeper understanding for them as a person.

Club Feature

The club feature is a tool for creating resident-led programs in the community. When meeting with new residents, inquire if there is an interest they would like to share with their fellow neighbors and search to find others who share the interest.

Use the Club Feature to empower residents to create resident lead programs and events separate from the engagement offered on the calendar.

Engagement Calendar

Our intuitive interface offers unique features such as inclusion score tracking, showcasing the number of residents with a known interest in the community calendar.

By providing activity recommendations aligned with specific Quality of Life areas and suggesting events based on residents' interests and needs, users can efficiently schedule activities that boost resident engagement, saving valuable time and resources in the planning process.

Use the Engagement Calendar to create engagement tailored to our current resident interest.
