How Often Should Sessions Be Held?

For optimal results, lead group sessions twice a week. The ideal session time varies, with some professionals finding success in the morning, while others spread activities throughout the day. Experiment to find what works best for your residents.

How Long Does a Session Last?

Sessions typically run 30–60 minutes, with most lasting 45 minutes. For memory care residents, content can be broken into shorter, more frequent sessions. Plans are flexible and can be tailored to your residents' needs.

How Many Residents Can Join a Session?

Groups typically include 2–15 residents but can accommodate up to 30 with adequate staffing. The program also works well for one-on-one engagement.
