Add another resident in your Family App to easily toggle back and forth between your loved one’s experiences! View each loved one’s attendance and receive messages, attendance updates, and announcements for each loved one you add!
Adding Additional Residents
Once you open your Family App you will be presented with the Home Screen.
- Click the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top left of your screen
- Click Add Another Resident.
- In the box that says “Family App code,” enter the unique code of the additional resident you are adding - you will need to contact the community to receive the code
- Press continue
- Select your relationship to the resident by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right side of the box that says “Relation to Resident.”
- Scroll through the options in the pop-up window at the bottom of the screen and highlight the one that describes your relationship to the resident.
- Press done
- Press “Finish” to add the resident
- Once you have added an additional resident, you can easily toggle back and forth between the residents by clicking on their names in the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top left of your screen.
