TSOLife Minerva is a first-of-its-kind resident insights platform leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create powerful dashboards with a suite of information for staff to put resident knowledge into practice. At TSOLife, we digitize your resident profiles, provide actionable insights, and fuel decision-making in your community.  A new resident is interviewed as part of the move-in process. The interview is captured via the TSOLife Mobile App and automatically sent to TSOLife. Interviews need to be conducted with ALL new residents at move-in.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Search for a Resident’s Name

   • Use the search feature to locate the new resident's profile by entering their name.

2. Record the Interview

   • Once you have selected the resident, initiate the interview process. Ensure you ask all relevant questions to capture their insights effectively.

3. Save the Interview

   • After completing the interview, save the recording within the app. This ensures that the information is securely transmitted to TSOLife for processing and analysis.
