How to Archive/Unarchive a Resident

When a resident is no longer in your community, you can easily remove them from your resident list by archiving their profile.

1. Log in to TSOLife on the web.
2. Navigate to People > Residents.
3. Locate the resident who is no longer in the community.
4. Tap Details for the selected resident.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find Archive Resident.
6. Tap Archive, then click Confirm.

The resident will now be removed from Current Residents.

Similarly, you can unarchive a resident by following these steps:

1. Log in to TSOLife on the web.
2. Navigate to People > Residents.
3. Change status from Active to Archived.
4. Locate the resident you wish to unarchive.
5. Tap Details for the selected resident.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find Unarchive Resident.
7. Tap Unarchive, then click Confirm.
